Ms. Germain practices mainly in the fields of professional liability, civil and commercial litigation as well as in bankruptcy and insolvency law and restructuring.

Me Germain also has extensive experience in health law, disciplinary law and administrative law. As such, she has advised and represented physicians for more than 15 years in connection with civil suits, investigations and disciplinary complaints. She also acts in defense in class actions suits.

Me Germain appears before the civil courts as well as various administrative tribunals and quasi-judicial boards.
