Louis Asselin

Mr. Louis Asselin practises mainly in the fields of financing and corporate and commercial law.

His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, private financing and corporate reorganisation. In addition, he has specific knowledge in the drafting and negotiation of shareholders’ agreements.
