Claudie Harvey specializes mainly in civil and commercial litigation.
Her career with the firm began as an intern as part of her professional training at the Quebec Bar, before she became a lawyer in January 2024. During her university studies, she completed an internship with the Centre de justice de proximité de Québec, and volunteered with Les Enjeux du droit and the Bureau d’information juridique.
She also held a damage insurance representative’s licence issued by the AMF. Her experience as a representative has enabled her to deepen her knowledge of insurance law and develop a thorough understanding of client needs.
Ms. Harvey focuses her practice on civil and commercial litigation, particularly in the fields of civil liability, breach of contract and construction law.
