Mr. Demers practices in various business law-related fields.
During his career, Mr. Demers has developed a particular knowledge namely in business mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganization, privatization of public corporations, as well as in bank and government entities financing.
He also acts as counsel for government entities in the negotiation of public infrastructure agreements.
