Ms. Jennifer Dumetz is the head of the immigration law department.

Native of France, where she studied law until obtaining a master’s degree mainly in Business Law, Ms. Dumetz completed her studies in Quebec, including the Bar. Since being admitted to the Bar, Ms. Dumetz practises in the areas of Immigration law and she has practised business law during more than nine years.

She accompanies many employers in their international mobility process and works with them to ensure their compliance with the temporary foreign worker program and the international mobility program.

She assists our clients in various immigration procedures in Canada, both temporary (work permit, study permit, visitor visa, international experience Canada, etc.) and permanent (skilled workers, investors, entrepreneurs, self-employed, family reunification and sponsorship) concerning individuals or companies.
