Professional career
Ms. Gagné practises primarily in the areas of insurance law, litigation, civil and professional liability, litigation and dispute resolution.
During her career, Ms. Gagné has represented financial institutions, insurance companies, real estate brokers and agents, engineers, lawyers, notaries, corporate directors, dentists, physicians, nurses, social workers, technicians and other health-care workers before all courts.
In addition, she acts in files involving protective supervision, trust amendment and termination and in estate litigation.
She has extensive experience in the management of complex litigious cases, whether in a long-term trial context, class actions or in settlement conferences.
Before entering law school, Ms. Gagné worked as a registered nurse on the Lower North Shore and in private clinics.
