Mr. Manègre practises as a trial lawyer in the fields of civil and commercial litigation, as well as in labour and employment law. He has particular knowledge in the areas of construction law, professional liability and in matters relating to contract breach, injunction and other urgent remedies.
He acts as legal counsel for a broad clientele in contractual matters for the benefit of whom he drafts, interprets and negotiates employment contracts and services agreements including non-competition and non-solicitation clauses as well as severance pay attached thereto.
He successfully puts his skills and creativity to prevent his client from being entangled in in disputes or to settle them in an advantageous fashion weather through negotiation, mediation or arbitration, or by arguing the matter before the courts.
