Me Louis-David Dionne practises mainly in the areas of corporate and commercial Law.
Me Louis-David Dionne joined the firm as a lawyer after practising in a provincial firm. He devotes most of his practice in the context of start-ups, mergers, sales and acquisitions of companies and corporate reorganizations. He is thus called upon in drafting and negotiating various types of agreements in the field of commercial law.
After completing his studies in Law at the University of Ottawa, Me Dionne obtained a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from Université Laval in the winter of 2020. He is also pursuing a complementary program in Canadian taxation provided by Université Laval.
