Ms. Marianne Lamontagne practises mainly in the fields of civil and commercial litigation.
Ms. Lamontagne joined the firm as a lawyer after completing her articling program. She practices mainly in civil and commercial law, particularly in the areas of civil liability, breach of contract, shareholder disputes and emergency procedures such as injunctions and safeguard orders. In addition, Ms. Lamontagne devotes a part of her professional activities to professional liability cases (lawyers, architects, engineers and chiropractors) as well as litigation in construction law. During her law school, Ms. Lamontagne won the second best tandem of litigators at the 2017 Dean’s Cup.
