Ms. Catherine Cloutier practises mainly in the fields of Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Civil and Professional Liability and Labour and Employment Law.
She is involved in different cases, especially relating to civil and contractual liability, including manufacturer liability and bodily injury, as well as in the fields of insurance, construction, labour relations, occupational health and safety, access to information and protection of personal information law.
Ms. Cloutier’s areas of practice include all aspects of litigation, from counselling clients to dispute resolution, and representations before the Courts. She has represented clients as Plaintiff as well as Defendant, before various Courts of civil and administrative jurisdiction.
Ms. Cloutier also supports different clients in the update of their respective files with the Registry of lobbyists.
