Mr. Richard Laflamme has focused on all aspects of real estate law throughout his career and he is at the head of the firm’s real estate law practice group.
Throughout his legal career, Mr. Laflamme has showed great interest and passion towards real estate law; this attitude led him to presently serve as head of the firm’s real estate law » practice group. He acts most particularly in the areas of expropriation and of real estate assessments litigation. As a real estate practitioner, Mr. Laflamme has become well educated in the fields of property assessment, construction, architecture, engineering and management, both because of his professional activities and through the specialty courses he attended on those topics. As a litigator, he pleaded before all of the instances having jurisdiction over real estate issues, including the specialized tribunals as well as the courts of law. Mr. Laflamme is often invited to participate in seminars on property assessment and real estate law.
