Mr. Dylan Bond works primarily in the field of corporate and commercial law, including mergers, business acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and financing.
Mr. Dylan Bond joined the firm in 2019 as a paralegal and completed his law degree at Université Laval while still with the firm. He is now practicing with our firm as a lawyer, after completing his articling with the Quebec Bar.
Mr. Bond’s experience as a paralegal and the techniques he has acquired make him a versatile professional when advising our clients in the field of corporate law, particularly in matters of corporate reorganization, mergers, acquisitions and financing. He is also involved in training his colleagues.
