Ms. Anaïs Welsh practises in the field of corporate and commercial law, particularly on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and private financing.
She completed her law degree at Université Laval in 2019 and joined the firm as a lawyer during the summer of 2020 after having completed her articling period. She distinguishes herself in particular by her rigor and her active listening. Concerned about achieving the client’s real objectives, she also has a creative approach to find solutions.
