Germain Hôtels and Reliance Properties recently formed a partnership to convert an office building in Vancouver into a boutique hotel, Hôtel Le Germain Vancouver.
The successful completion of this major transaction was made possible thanks to the support of several key partners, including our firm Stein Monast, which acted as legal advisor to Germain Hôtels.
