Mr. Lyes Arfa’s practice focuses primarily on transactional, real estate and successions sectors of activity.
Mr. Arfa joined the firm after his notarial law articling period. His practice primarily focuses on real estate buy or sale agreements and commercial leases drafting. He also acts in the private financing sector where he sets up moveable and immoveable security interests. He is also active in the field of real estate where, besides achieving title searches, he also provides legal advice to clients in matters relating to municipal and agricultural law, and acquisitive prescription. He has particular expertise in the field of estate planning more particularly in the drafting of wills and of mandates in case of inability.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Arfa acted as a high level soccer referee and appeared in that capacity on the most important sports scenes in the country. Through this journey, he acquired leadership abilities and established his capacities to perform his duties under pressure with an acute team spirit. With his background, he is able to focus on a rigorous and effective execution of his mandates.
