Marianne Lamontagne practises in civil and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on civil liability, shareholder disputes, breaches of contract, and injunctions. She also practices in professional liability and construction law. Recognized by The Best Lawyers 2026 – Ones to Watch in Canada, Marianne also serves on the board of directors of Maison l’Éclaircie.
Xavier Parenteau focuses his practice on labour and employment law, access to information, protection of personal information, and civil and administrative litigation. He advises and represents both unionized and non-unionized companies, as well as government entities, on both collective and individual matters. Xavier has also contributed to specialized publications in labour law.
Félix-Antoine Blais primarily practises in transportation law, particularly in matters involving regulatory offences related to the operation of heavy vehicles in Canada and abroad. He advises and represents owners, operators, and drivers, and handles commercial, penal, and regulatory litigation, as well as the contractual and administrative aspects of passenger and freight transportation.
