Mr. Vincent Vachon works primarily in the fields of transportation law and litigation, in civil and criminal matters, relating to transportation law as well as construction law.
He participates in the drafting of various agreements and contracts of a commercial nature. He also advises our clients on regulatory aspects affecting the daily operations of owners, operators and drivers of heavy vehicles in Canada and abroad.
Holder of a multidisciplinary bachelor’s degree from Laval University after studying criminology, social work and law in 2018, Mr. Vachon then completed a law degree in 2021. During his training, he had the opportunity to work as an assistant delegate of the Québec Ombudsman in the public administration investigations department, thus allowing him to put into practice his legal knowledge regarding the legality of decisions issued by the various public bodies under provincial jurisdiction.
After completing professional training at the École du Barreau du Québec in the winter of 2022, Mr. Vachon joined the firm to complete his articling period.
