Vincent Vachon’s practice focuses on criminal law, particularly transportation law.
Mr. Vachon regularly represents our clients before the various Quebec courts in cases involving offenses under the Highway Safety Code and related regulations. Particularly well-versed in the road safety rules specific to owners, operators and drivers of heavy vehicles in Canada and the United States, Mr. Vachon’s practice focuses on ensuring compliance in the industry’s day-to-day operations.
Mr. Vachon graduated from Université Laval in 2018 with a multidisciplinary bachelor’s degree in criminology, social work and law, and earned a bachelor’s degree in law in 2021. During his training, he had the opportunity to work as an assistant delegate for the Québec Ombudsman in the Public Administration Investigations Department, allowing him to apply his legal knowledge to assess the legality of decisions issued by various provincial public bodies.
After completing his professional training at the École du Barreau du Québec in the winter 2022, Mr. Vachon joined the firm as an articling student.
