During her legal studies, she practiced as a nutritionist while holding a research assistant position at the Chair of Law Research in the Right to Food Security and Diversity, demonstrating her ability to successfully combine multiple areas of expertise. Me Nolin enhanced her experience by being an articling student at the Quebec Administrative Tribunal, where she gained valuable practical experience in public and administrative law.
Before dedicating herself to law, Me Nolin had a sports career in alpine skiing, reaching the ranks of the Quebec team and the Rouge et Or team at Laval University. This experience allowed her to develop discipline and a sense of strategy, qualities she now applies in her legal practice to serve her clients with excellence.
