Ms. Daphné Cloutier’s practice focuses primarily on real estate and successions sectors of activity.
After obtaining her college diploma in paralegal technology, Me Cloutier worked as a paralegal in a notary office, while pursuing her studies at the bachelor’s and master’s level. After her admission to the Chambre des notaires du Québec, she joined the notarial law sector of Stein Monast L.L.P. in 2022.
Me Cloutier is particularly involved in estate settlement and non-contentious proceedings. She also drafts wills and protection mandates and participates in financing and real estate law matters.
