Antoine Pelletier practices in civil and commercial litigation.
He has a particular interest in the legal aspects surrounding real estate, the environment, the agri-food industry, land use planning and development as well as municipal and administrative law.
During his legal training at Université Laval’s Faculty of Law, Mr. Pelletier held research and teaching assistant positions for three professors on multiple projects related to agri-food law, as well as natural resources, energy and environmental law. He also gained an understanding of the judicial and quasi-judicial systems by articling with the Civil Division of the Court of Quebec and by working for an administrative tribunal specializing in the reconsideration of decisions rendered by various federal agencies responsible for the enforcement of agri-food regulations.
Passionate about research and writing, Mr. Pelletier was granted the jury’s honourable mention for a text he co-authored and submitted to the Quebec Society of Comparative Law’s 2021 contest.
