Cathy Boulanger began her career as a paralegal in 2006 in the public sector, specifically at the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forests. She remained there for 19 years, including 5 years as a senior paralegal and 8 years as a team leader.
In addition to her duties as a paralegal, she was responsible, among other things, for process optimization and the training new employees.
Ms. Boulanger has over 10 years of experience with the Land Registry and possesses extensive knowledge regarding the issuance of rights on Crown land.
