Juliette Provost joined the firm in January 2025 as an intern in the Legal Techniques program at Cégep Garneau.
She had the opportunity to complete a rotational internship between the litigation and corporate departments, which she successfully completed in May 2025. Since completing her internship, Juliette has been a part of the paralegal team in the corporate and transactional department.
She is involved in a variety of corporate matters, including incorporations, acquisitions and mergers, as well as corporate reorganizations. As part of her work, she also conducts due diligence searches across various public registries.
