Simon Philipzik practices mainly in civil and commercial litigation.
Before becoming a lawyer, Simon made his debut at the firm as an articling student.
His practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, more particularly in real estate law. He also works in the fields of administrative, municipal, and environmental law.
During his studies at Université Laval’s Faculty of Law, Simon held the position of research assistant in constitutional law. He was actively involved in the Commission de développement durable, aimed to promote sustainable development concepts within the student community. He also participated in the administrative moot Court, which enabled him to develop his litigation skills.
