Nathan Bilodeau is a paralegal in our corporate and commercial law group.
Mr. Bilodeau joined the firm in 2024 as a paralegal after completing his internship. He is involved in various corporate matters such as corporate incorporation, mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations. As part of his mandates, Mr. Bilodeau is also responsible for conducting research in various public registries.
During his studies, he had the opportunity to work for a summer as a student within the Mining Affairs and Coordination Division of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources. He also had the opportunity to work in a notary office, which allowed him to acquire a solid foundation in notarial law.
