Mélanie Labbé practises in the field of corporate and commercial law and financing.
Ms. Labbé joined the firm in 2012. She works particularly on incorporations, mergers and acquisitions of corporations, corporate restructuring and private financings. She supports the professionals of her team in the preparation and the drafting of all the legal documentation for these files and during the holding of their closing session. She conducts due diligence reviews for corporations with respect to financing activities and the purchase and sale of corporations. She is also involved in the borrowing of Québec on the Canadian, European, and Australian markets.
