Marie-Kim Côté works primarily in the areas of corporate law and human rights law.
A 2022 graduate of Cégep Garneau with a degree in Legal Techniques, Ms. Côté began her career in general practice at a notary office, where she discovered a true passion for human rights law.
Since joining Stein Monast in 2023, she collaborated with the firm’s lawyers on estate settlements, probate of mandates, drafting of wills and protection mandates, as well as other related documents related in the field of human rights law.
Ms. Côté also assists transactional professionals with mandates such as incorporations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and the creation and dissolution of non-profit organizations, in addition to conducting due diligence reviews of companies and updating corporate records.
Driven by intellectual curiosity and a commitment to growth, she is currently pursuing a law certificate at Université Laval.
