Ms. Laurence Cardinal practices in the field of corporate law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and securities law.
After completing her law degree at Université Laval in 2019, she quickly specialized in business law to support and advise clients in their various projects. In addition to rapidly gaining independence in managing her files, Ms. Cardinal developed a deep understanding of the realities of business, allowing her to provide a comprehensive and personalized service to her clients. Her career has also led her to develop an expertise in advising pharmacy business owners.
During her studies, Ms. Cardinal was actively involved in a variety of initiatives. She notably served as a mentor at the Centre de mentorat of the Faculty of Law, and volunteered with a non-profit organization to help improve access to justice for marginalized individuals. Her commitment to the community continues through participation in various committees.
Before beginning her legal career, Ms. Cardinal practiced cheerleading for many years and had the opportunity to compete at the World Championship. This discipline and resilience she developed through the sport continue to be invaluable in effectively meeting her clients needs.
