Ms. Katy Bouchard is a paralegal in the Transportation Law Group.
She works in collaboration with lawyers in the enforcement of laws on safety and compliance issues related to vehicle inspections and heavy vehicle infractions. She is involved in challenging events with various government agencies including the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec and Contrôle routier Québec.
She regularly communicates with motor carriers in connection with events being contested and in order to ensure the updating of several types of registrations with the Commission des transports du Québec.
She also assists lawyers in the preparation and filing of applications with the Commission des transports du Québec, particularly in connection with vehicle transfer applications, bus permit applications and registration renewals.
