Julie Picard works in the Labor and Employment Law group as well as in the field of Protection of Personal Information.
Ms. Picard completed the Paralegal Technology program in 2004.
She joined the firm in 2016 as a legal assistant in litigation and then joined the labour and employment group in 2023. She has become a paralegal since 2024.
With more than 20 years of experience in the legal field, Ms. Picard has had the opportunity to develop skills in analysis, drafting and document management through her varied professional experiences.
Her work involves participating in the drafting of various labor law documents, including policies on psychological harassment and documents related to the protection of personal information, as well as legal proceedings. She assists lawyers in the preparation of their cases before common law and administrative courts. She also takes part in internal audits concerning employment and immigration law for various clients.
