Mr. Langevin practises mainly in the fields of labour and employment law.
Mr. Langevin advises governmental bodies as well as unionized and non-unionized corporations in a variety of sectors with respect to labour relations, human rights and freedoms, more precisely regarding the duty of reasonable accommodation, and occupational health and safety issues.
He has considerable experience in drafting employment contracts, and more specifically restrictive clauses in the nature of non-competition and non-solicitation clauses.
Mr. Langevin works in occupational health and safety management, which brings him to advise corporations and governmental bodies regarding their occupational health and safety obligations. He also represents those corporations and governmental bodies before different tribunals in connection with civil, administrative and penal matters.
Mr. Langevin also acts as a conference speaker.
