Ms. Florence Goulet practises mainly in the fields related to tax law, namely those of corporate law, business law and trust law.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Florence Goulet acquired the knowledge in tax compliance as well as in corporate reorganization. During the last few years, notably, she worked for an accounting firm in collaboration with many interveners to realize acquisition and sell transactions, liquidation and corporate mergers, succession planning and business transfers and for asset protection.
Her practice in taxation allows her to identify the inherent issues of corporate reorganizations and to make every effort to achieve them.
