As a litigator within our insurance law group, she represents insurers — both in subrogation and defence matters — as well as professionals. Her practice focuses primarily on the liability of insureds, contractors and businesses, product liability, bodily injury, and condominium law.
Mtre Gélinas has had the opportunity to represent her clients before the Court of Québec, the Superior Court, and the Court of Appeal.
