Mr. Claude Rochon practises mainly in the fields of Employment and Labour Law, Real Estate Law, Litigation and Dispute resolution.
He has advised employers for many years in these areas of law and has represented them before various administrative tribunals and civil courts. He also has knowledge in expropriation, particularly in connection with agricultural matters and with fish and game lands. Mr. Rochon has given numerous lectures at labour and employment law symposiums. He was a teacher at the Quebec Bar School from 1989 to 2002, primarily on the subject of negotiation.
Mr. Rochon furthermore practices in the fields of real estate law, personal property and successions. He also acts as legal counsel for the Archdiocese of Quebec City.
