Ms. Catherine Pilote-Coulombe practices mainly in the fields of insurance law, civil litigation, financial fraud, civil and professional liability, as well as product liability.
Ms. Pilote-Coulombe is called upon to represent her clients, including professionals, institutions, companies and their insurers before various judicial and administrative Courts, as well as in dispute resolution processes. From the beginning of her career, she has been actively involved in complex and large-scale litigation requiring the development of reflexes and skills that promote effective case management and strategies aimed at limiting costs, where possible.
Her time as a law clerk for a judge of the Quebec Court of Appeal allowed her to acquire complementary skills in several areas of law and to develop adequate solutions for complex legal problems.
She has organized and given several conferences in the fields of insurance, civil liability and civil procedure.
