Mrs. Tardif practices mainly in civil and commercial litigation, particularly in the areas of civil liability, breach of contract, disputes between shareholders and all emergency procedures, such as obtaining injunction orders and protective measures. She also devotes a significant part of her activities to banking law and restructuring-insolvency, particularly in terms of financing, collection, realization, recovery and insolvency.
