Mrs. Ariane Henry practices in corporate and commercial law, as well as in intellectual property, with a particular focus in on business start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and trademarks.
She joined the firm in 2022 while pursuing her studies at Université Laval. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (international profile), which enabled her to deepen her knowledge of transnational commercial law and intellectual property. She also participated in a trade mission to Morocco, representing a Québec-based company, through which she further developed her communication skills.
Driven by her curiosity and analytical mindset, Mrs. Henry assists businesses with their projects by providingtailored and effective legal solutions.
