Mr. Antoine Leclerc practises mainly in the fields of Business Law, Mergers and Acquisitions and Financing.
Mr. Leclerc focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, private financing and on commercial agreements negotiation and drafting. Mr. Leclerc acts on behalf of companies, lenders, investors and business people in projects of all sizes, in a number of economic sectors.
He also acts as counsel in the implementation and completion of transactions in the context of bankruptcy, insolvency, and restructuring proceedings.
