Ms. Anne Drouin is a paralegal in transportation law since 2010 and joined the firm in 2015.
Ms. Drouin is involved in the preparation of hearings before the Commission des transports du Québec, more specifically those related to conduct reviews of carriers (trucks and buses companies) and their drivers. She is also involved in disputes of violations, accidents and inspections of heavy vehicles that affect the carriers’ profile (SAAQ report).
Anne Drouin is responsible for the preparation of various motions and applications for clients in the passengers transportation industry such as motions to oppose permit applications as well as those to modify or request bus transport permits.
She carries out filings related to registrations as carriers and renewals of permits, authorizations and other licensing with various Canadian authorities.
She also assists the firm’s clients by doing researches with several legal databases (SOQUIJ, CanLii) and other websites more specialized in the transport industry.
