Marie-Claude Comtois joined the Transport law team in September 2016, first as a legal assistant then as a paralegal in 2023, with a specialization in penal law, mainly in the management of offenses relating to heavy vehicles under the laws and regulations applicable in Canada and the United States.
With more than 8 years of experience on the team, Marie-Claude has acquired extraordinary working methodologies. In particular, she participates in the drafting of various procedures, ensures hearings follow-up, collaborates in the preparation of files and frequently deals with the courts, clients and any other agent part of the legal process.
