Ms. Yannie Bordeleau practises mainly in the fields of financing, real estate and wills/estate settlement/planning.
Mr. Bordeleau drafts and revises purchase and sale of immovable properties agreements, land leases as well as mortgage financing. Having started her career in the Eastern Townships, she acquired significant experience in agricultural financing. Prior to her graduate studies, she had the opportunity to work for a professional agricultural union.
She also drafts wills and protection mandates, proceeds to estate settlement and liquidation of successions, homologation of protection mandates and institution of protective supervisions.
