Stein Monast L.L.P. 5. No Lawyer-Client Professional Relationship<\/h3>\n

The Stein Monast logo and name are registered trademarks owned by SM. Any unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n

SM respects your right to the protection of your personal information, in accordance with the Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector. Your use of the Site is governed by its Privacy and Personal Information Protection Policy.
\nBy browsing the Site, you agree that any data you provide us may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.<\/p>\n

11. Modification of Terms<\/h3>\n

SM reserves its right to modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
\nAny modification shall be effective upon its publication on the Site. It is your responsibility to review the Terms to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Site following the publication of modified Terms constitutes your implicit acceptance thereof. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that SM remains entitled to seek injunctive relief (or any other equivalent emergency measure) from any competent authority.
\nIf a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms to be invalid, that provision shall be removed from the Terms without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions. All other provisions of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.<\/p>\n
