Prevails"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In a decision rendered on February 4, 2025, the Qu\u00e9bec Court of Appeal granted the appeal of Les Jardins de V\u00e9rone <em>s.e.c.<\/em> and reinstated the initial ruling of the Tribunal administratif du Qu\u00e9bec (TAQ), overturning the judgments of the Court of Qu\u00e9bec and Superior Court.<\/p>\n<p>The dispute concerned the classification of a property owned by Les Jardins de V\u00e9rone <em>s.e.c<\/em>., listed in the City of Qu\u00e9bec\u2019s property assessment roll under the designation &#8220;serviced vacant land&#8221;.
