Mr. Philippe Lavoie-Paradis focuses his practice in civil and commercial litigation, particularly in insurance law, civil and professional liability, and disciplinary law.
Before joining Stein Monast, he practiced at a leading law firm, where he handled complex cases, notably class-action lawsuits, while gaining significant experience in public, administrative, and municipal law. The diversity of his background allows him to approach disputes from a holistic perspective, while taking into account the interplay between legal, factual, regulatory, and operational issues.
A graduate from the Faculty of Law of Université Laval and holder of a certificate in public communication, Mr. Lavoie-Paradis favours a rigorous and strategic approach tailored to the particular circumstances of each matter.
