Mr. René Delorme practises mainly in the fields of labour and employment law and administrative and municipal law.
Since he first started his practice, he acquired considerable experience in issues concerning businesses under federal jurisdiction. He has represented clients before civil Courts and administrative tribunals of all jurisdiction, including the Supreme Court of Canada. He frequently represents employers in the course of collective agreements negotiations and he is a frequent conference speaker for various organizations and associations.
He is recognized by his peers in the Best Lawyers publication, namely receiving the title of Lawyer of the Year in Labour and Employment Law for the City of Québec in 2012 and 2018.
