Ms. Johanne Pérusse works mainly in the field of transportation Law.
At the end of her academic training in Paralegal Technology, Johanne Pérusse completed her internship in the Litigation and Insurance sector of a law firm in the Quebec region and continued her career there until September 2015. During this period, she worked closely with senior lawyers in the sector on major files, which has allowed her to acquire solid experience in the analysis and management of evidence, in legal research and writing, and in trial preparation.
Ms. Pérusse then continued her career in litigation for an insurance company, acting both in demand and in defense on behalf of policyholders, which allowed her to enrich her knowledge of the rules of evidence and procedure and acquire a broad experience of the concepts of law applicable to civil liability.
Passionate about law, methodical and keen to do quality work, she joined the firm’s transport law team in July 2019 to take on new professional challenges, in particular by collaborating with lawyers in contesting criminal and regulatory offenses that occurred outside Quebec and in the United States as well as in the analysis of liability in road accidents.
