Ms. Isabelle Garneau practises mainly in the field of labour and employment law. She advises and represents private, public and parapublic sector companies on a daily basis.
Having practiced in various fields since her admission to the Bar in 2013, Ms. Garneau has acquired extensive experience representing clients before various Courts of civil and administrative jurisdiction, both as Plaintiff and Defendant. She also has experience in various areas of law related to her current practice, including civil, personal insurance, family and criminal litigation, which she acquired as a lawyer as well as a paralegal previously.
She is interested in and practices more particularly in labour relations and occupational health and safety law, including matters relating to labour standards, the admissibility of employment injuries and work-related accidents as well as all other related matters. She is involved in various mandates involving legal advice, dispute prevention, conflict resolution and representation before the various courts, both in terms of collective and individual labour relations.
Ms. Garneau stands out for her openness and ability to adapt to all types of situations as well as her creativity in finding solutions adapted to the particularities of a situation and to the needs and objectives of her clients.
