Mtre Dalidec has a master’s degree in business law obtained in France and, a few years before moving to Québec, he practiced as a legal counsel. Mtre Dalidec completed a diploma equivalence from the Chambre des notaires du Québec in 2020 before completing a master degree in notarial law in 2021. Mtre Dalidec joined the notarial law sector of the firm in 2021 during his internship.
His training and experiences lead him to carry out mandates mainly in transactional matters, as commercial financing, commercial and corporate law as well as in real estate. Thus, he is involved in various files as corporate reorganizations, commercial leases, servitudes, sales and financing of immovables or assets.
He also works personal rights fields. As a result, he drafts wills and protection mandates, participates in estate settlement or prepares non-contentious procedures.
