Mr. Beaudoin is a trial lawyer who practices in civil and commercial litigation, notably in matters relating to breach of contract, injunction and other special proceedings. In addition, Mr. Beaudoin’s area of practice includes all aspects of professional liability (with regards to lawyers, notaries, architects and engineers) as well as litigation in construction law, insolvency and bankruptcy.
